Account & sign-in

Trouble with Sign in with Apple, Google, or your magic-link email? Make sure your email is current with your provider and that you're using the same Apple ID across devices. If you're still stuck, email us with the date and time of the failed attempt.

Subscriptions & billing

Doom Premium is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests go to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

ScreenShield not blocking apps

Make sure Doom has Screen Time access in iOS Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access. Re-add the affected apps to your shield list and toggle the shield off and on once.

DoomInvest, KYC, deposits

Brokerage actions are handled by Alpaca Securities LLC. Account verification, deposits and trade settlement happen on Alpaca's schedule. If a deposit is delayed more than two business days, email us with the date and we'll investigate.

Notifications not arriving

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Doom and confirm the app has permission. Inside Doom, open Settings → Notifications to fine-tune which categories you receive.

Privacy, data export & deletion

Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us from the address linked to your account. We respond within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Report a bug or vulnerability

Found a bug? Email us at vitaliy@fylyk.com with steps to reproduce, your iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please disclose responsibly: do not publicly post details, and give us a reasonable window to fix. We don't run a paid bug bounty yet but we'll credit responsible reporters in release notes if you'd like.
