Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Doom. This page summarises how refunds work for the different things you can pay for. If your situation isn't covered, email us at vitaliy@fylyk.com and we'll do our best to help.

1. Doom Premium subscriptions

Doom Premium is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for these purchases, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard refund policy.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the Doom Premium charge.
  3. Tap "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.

Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Doom does not control whether Apple grants the refund, but we are happy to support your request — forward Apple's response to us if you need help.

To prevent future renewals, turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2. EU / UK / EEA consumers

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By starting to use Doom Premium during that window you may waive that right under applicable law. Where the right of withdrawal does apply, requests are processed through Apple as the seller of record.

3. DoomInvest deposits & investments

Money you deposit through DoomInvest is held in a brokerage account in your name with Alpaca Securities LLC. It is your money — you can withdraw it at any time subject to standard settlement rules.

Doom does not issue refunds for investment outcomes. Market losses are not refundable. To move or withdraw funds:

  • Use the in-app withdraw flow, which initiates an ACH transfer back to your linked bank.
  • Or contact Alpaca directly to ACAT-transfer positions to another broker.

If a daily toll was charged in error (for example, the App incorrectly counted an app open), email us within 30 days with the date and we will work with the RIA Partner and Alpaca to reverse the toll where feasible.

4. Other purchases

Any one-time in-app purchase (if offered in the future) is governed by the same Apple-handled flow described above.
